I personally prefer to take cold showers because of that nice shock feeling you get at the beginning and the fact that I feel tired and sluggish after a warm one.
Which one do you prefer?

I start off with a scalding hot shower, realize it's too much and lower it down to a tiny notch about lukewarm. If it's in the morning before work I'll end the shower with cold water to wake myself up, if it's the weekend then warm shower and back to bed.

I don't care as long as the shower head is small enough for me to shove it down my throat so I can flood my body with large amounts of water.

kek.

Cold showers have their uses. I take my showers before bed though.

Post-yard work? cold shower.
Actual cold (the sickness)? Hot shower.
Cold (the temperature)? Hot shower.
Just woke up, and showering for some reason? cold.

If I want to wake up, cold.
If I want to relax, hot.

But I prefer cold, short showers because of energy and water.

Sometimes, during the summer, it'll be so hot outside that I actually start the shower cold, then crank up the heat slowly from there.

For the most part, though, hot showers are the way to go.
