Homebrew Cold booting into a homebrew app?

I'm asking out of curiosity, is it in any way possible to cold boot into an app (for example an emulator or a cia installer) through menuhax? Can it launch straight into an app instead of the homebrew launcher? Or is that impossible?
I just thought it could be pretty convenient if there's just one app that you use a whole lot, and you didn't have to go through the hb launcher every time.

With menuhax you can just set the .3dsx to boot.3dsx and put on sd root. (You won't be able to boot any other homebrew)

You can also install the homebrew as .cias

Also if your using menuhax for cfw please switch to a9lh. 3ds.guide
