I know of only one thing allowing that, it's my CTRPluginFramework and it's not available at the moment.

that method is really old and outdated. NTR is a lot better than spider and it gives the virtual address that would be used. (Virtual addresses are used in gateway/NTR cheats)

I'm all for this idea. Idk why something hasn't been developed yet. I don't want to spend money on a gateway just to make cheats. A way to search cheats was one of the first and most useful psp plugins. I know not all devices aren't the same, I was just making a statement. Real-time cheats would be a huge benefit to cfw users.
