Hacking code files xml <--> db converter?

Hey all,

So I'm entering some codes I found on these threads and I realized I could do all this convert xml format to db format and vice versa with common unix tools (mainly regex). So, before I accidentally re-invent the wheel (again), is there already a tool out there that converts nds cheat files from xml to db and vice versa? A google search came up empty as well as a search on these forums.
