Hi guys im new here. I been trying to search for answers as to how to fix my World at War problem. I've seen posts where people ask this same question and others say SEEEEAAARCH. Well, i've been trying to search it up here and google etc with not much luck, so im sorry but i really hope someone can help me out here! After burning my back-up of the game and inserting it, the icon shows on the channel screen. At the screen just before u click start game i can still see the animations and sound. Im assuming this means theres nothing wrong with my disc or burn method, also because every single other back up i have burned works..... Now when i click start, (here it comes).......... Black Screen and nothing happens, wiimote gets disconnected and i need to manually power the wii off.. Im not sure if its needed but i have every IOS installed. I tried booting it with Gamma loader and Gecko OS with no luck, same result. I just keep getting to the Black Screen whenever i click start. Once again i really did try to search this up with no luck. Hopefully someone can give me a quick reply or a link to such a post being made and resolved.. Thanks guys

Is it the same region as your wii? I know sometimes i've had a few games show up in the wii game chanell but once you click start everything goes black... If I were you I'd patch it with brickblocker and change the region to whatever you've got with regionfrii and you shouldn't have any worries... that's what I did and it works like a charm. The game sucks on wii though, I'd recomend MoH online play over COD5 online

I installed ios55.wad using wad manager through the homebrew channel, and used brick blocker on the .iso-file before burning it, and it works perfect for me.

My Wii is PAL, btw, and the game is, too.
