Hacking COD:BO update makes playing off USB unbearable

It actually deals with hdd spin down and the usb protocols that the cios uses to access the drive. Haven't had a chance to test it with BO yet, but i'm guessing it will work.

I tried it two days ago and it was still slow, I will try the latest version and the version with watchdog removed now.

Just tried it myself and slow as well. I should have known already because now that I think about it I had been using v19 b57. Appears like it has something to do with all of wanin's cios.

I also tried out the watchdog removed version and it's the same slowdown...
