close crash fix EoW

another user found this and i figured i might as well make a thread so we can start spreading the word on how to fix the close crash

add this line to exceptions.txt in saltysd

;The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom
;1.0.1 crashes when closing
X01008CF01BAAC000

confirmed it is working and no more close crash with saltynx enabled

Other than the crash at exit ReverseNX-RT works fine for this title, right?
After this "fix" is there a way to get ReverseNX working at all for it? (just asking to see if I'll keep the previous version, as I don't mind the crash).

No. Code used to add support for Monster Hunter Rise is also utilized by EoW, but with slightly different approach which makes game's thread that uses it be completely unresponsive after using ReverseNX-RT code. So ReverseNX-RT never worked for this game.

After this "fix" is there a way to get ReverseNX working at all for it?

ReverseNX-Tool still works. Only ReverseNX-RT is blocked.

hello i am having an issue with this game i used tinfoil to update to 1.1.0 and now it wont launch i uninstalled and reverted back to 1.0.2 but it come up as saying update required to play i never had this happen before i am running ams 1.9.1 with fw 19.0.1 and latest sig patches could someone please help me to get this game running again thank you so much

do you have a save file with the 1.1.0 update file ? if so that might be your issue
