I'm on 3.52. How can I clone a PSP bubble?

I'm guessing you want to make custom PSP bubbles for the Vita home menu?

Then I would suggest looking at these tutorials.
(If you own a PS3, be sure to transfer some PSP games/demos for replacing them with your custom bubbles.)
