Order from FocalPrice. The white ones they sell are real, the black ones are fakes.

I actually prefer the black fakes though. They work fine and I like the card slot being on the side.

R4-SDHC for $6.18 USD at DX here.
R4i-SDHC for $9.38 USD at DX here.

Both are made by the same company (their website is here). The most recent update was released Dec. 18, 2009. They support updating via Wi-Fi, and play new unpatched games like Assassins Creed 2, The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks (with train controls), Might and Magic: Clash of Heroes, and C.O.P. The Recruit. It can run YSMenu+DSTT1.17a12 and DSTT1.17a12 (TTMenu) by itself. Their R4i version is compatible with all hardware (NDS, NDSL, NDSi, and DSi LL) and DSi System Menu v1.4. They also both recognize SDHC and are compatible with EZ-Flash 3-in-1 Slot 2 cart (for GBA).

The TTDS I got from dealextreme was genuine. You should contact their support for a refund or replacement if you got a fake one. Take pictures of the packaging and shipping envelope.
