It's been such a long time since I used my switch and updated my SD card. I feel like I have a lot of clutter on my SD card, anyone know off top which I should be able to delete without worrying. Like
I don't use ReinX so I'm sure I could delete the one with no problems right?

Reinx hasn't been updated for the past few years so you won't need it anyway after updating.
But it all depends on what you're updating to.
Keep the Nintendo folder and if you plan on using Atmosphere you can get rid of everything else.
But I also see some SXOS stuff?

When I 1st modded my switch I followed a guide with my RCM loader and it had me add ReinX, Atmosphere and SXOS and the payloads to my RCM loader. The only CFW I used was atmosphere though and that's what I'm updating right now. SO I will delete SXOX and ReinX stuff.

Also when I'm about to update my atmosphere on this websites guide it shows (I added the picture) . I understand that I could delete the sept folder and also the fusee-secondary.bin but I don't understand "and update your hekate config file: hekate_ipl.ini in the bootloader folder." I cant find hekate-ipl.ini anywhere in atmosphere or even in hekate folder. Is this relevant still or maybe an older guide?
