Hacking Clean up PS Vita to sell

Hi,

I have a PS vita, it is hacked on Firmware 3.60. I have sd2vita setup with 128gb of micro sd card. Everything is working fine. I want to clean it up and sell it. Is there a way to remove my account and all games on sd2vita so that it can be sold with default settings as if a new sd2vita is set up on it? I also don't want to give away my playstation account so is there a way to remove that as well? I have researched a bit but am not able to find a suitable answer. Step by step instruction would be best. I did all the hacking more than a year ago and am not using vita anymore. It is the oled model so not sure if steps will differ from the slim model. I can tell you how I sold mine.

• Step 1:
  • Using the PSVita:
    • Wipe / Format Memory Card
    • Restore in safe mode
    • Rebuild database in safe mode
  • Using computer:
    • Wipe / Format minisd
• Step 2:
  • Create a dummy email.
  • Register a PSN account with the dummy email.
  • Set the PSN as a 2 authentication password security.
• Step 3:
  • Hack the Vita with the newly created PSN Account.
  • Add addons to the system as you like.
  • On PSVita:
    • Install AutoPlugin II > Download & Install Homebrew.
    • In Homebrew > Download & Install Vita Account Manager.

You are ready to sell that hand-held console. If they mess up the dummy account; it doesn't affect you as much. Hope this helps.

the same solution popped up in my mind but I was wondering if I could find a better solution. Like using account switcher to switch to the dummy account and somehow wipe the sd2vita without having to remove all the games individually. If not, I will just do as you suggested. Thanks.
