Guys. Let's be clear about something here, as this keeps coming up. This has NOTHING to do with installing cia's. Homebrew, legit, piracy or whatever. This is not a cfw or signiture check patcher. The only thing this will do is downgrade to a fw that allows cfw.
No, actually, this is a kernel exploit. It won't allow anything by itself. Homebrews will just be done based on this.

the app that is being worked on is it a downgrade or legit cia installer
Downgrade
both because theres cias involved.

oh good grief.
No, what's being worked on at the moment is ARM11 Kernel access, which leads to access to more basic things like the installer service, which will then be implemented into libraries like Libkhax, which opens up the floodgates for downgrading (which, as of time of writing, hasn't even been implemented yet), allowing effectively full control of both the ARM9 AND ARM11 kernels.
Please stop implying Memchunkhax 2 is supposed to be a downgrader solution.
The only thing the .3dsx does at the moment is attempt to control the exploit, which it's succeeding at.

So true, but the downgrading part is the best ^_^

My ugly red Mario & Luigi 3DS XL with a shitty half broken start button(I might actually fix it now, since I'll be using it)'s body is ready!
