so they could not this time thats the only difference and their the only ones who really make kernel exploits

I keep reading everything. I would like that you stop being arrogant at @MassExplosion213. He sure made mistakes. But he's still contributing to the community, even if it's not visible.
As I stated before, the ntrcardhax is easily fixable. It's not a hardware vulnerability, but a software one.
And please, stop "hyping" at each commit Steveice10 does. That is pretty annoying. It's not done at all, there is sure still progress, but you have to wait. It's not going to be there tomorrow.
And, for the last time, we won't give any ETA. This is still worked on actively. Please let the developers work, if you want it faster.
Thanks.

will you be able to back your nand up in case some thing goes wrong cause if i brick it il have to buy a new 3ds

Where do you guys keep getting this idea that forum posts inhibit people's ability to get things done? I admit hype and stupid ass questions annoy the piss out of me. But not as much as these white knight posts telling people if they post on a forum it somehow creates obstacles for devs. I highly doubt he's even reading this, he's certainly not obligated to take time from what he's doing to do so.

This whole site and like every other forum condones illegal stuff whether it's homebrew, modification of copyrighted material, or piracy. Literally nobody gets in an inch of trouble because nobody cares lmao
Try to tell that to my sister. Whenever I tell her about this stuff she's like, "Ohh that's illegal. You're going to get arrested one day." Lmao stop.

They are not reading everything for sure. But that's kinda stressing him that people are always hyping for each commit he does. People still need to understand that it takes time to do. But I never said that posting on a forum would create obstacles for developers. It could be pretty annoying for people asking real questions, though. I'll ask @JustPingo to edit the OP and put a FAQ, to have less repeating questions about what is going to happen.

I think the redundent annoying questions and hype are inevitable. Alot has been shared the past few days. I also think actively updating the op to a thread like this is a good idea. This thread has gained 65 pages in just a couple days.

honestly, I agree with you, people just need to wait until a release is made public. But making a thread on the subject and expecting any other outcome then this is unrealistic. They're going to speculate and get excited. but that shouldn't effect devs in any way. Especially since this isn't even a thread directly related to any particular project.

does i will be able to downgrade to 9.2 if i'm on a 9.7 and 9.9 3DSes, and then downgrade to 4.5 ?

Sorry for bad english

What stresses me out the most is those people that believe I would constantly lie to be honest.
