There's no such thing. The kernel can be updated, so all flaws can be patched. BTW is called kernel, not kernal.

That's a hardware exploit. Can't really fix those easily.

Would rather see something working and solid with minimal chance of bricking and such.

thing is if you downgrade to 9.2 some games will not be playble and new 3ds emuland past 9.5 does not work

It's starting to overwrite vtables, which if I am correct is in the kernel. The Hello World is not ARM11 kernel.
