eShop spoofer shouldn't matter as memchunkhax2 should theoretically allow kernel which in turn means a method of patching the NNID problem.

it would be important for folks on 10.4 when nintendo releases 10.5+

SNShax is being worked on, memchunkhax isn't afaik.
So, New 3DS users below 10.2(9.3-10.1) will be able to downgrade to 9.2 soon(no trademark symbol this time!)
