Or maybe they just started working on it and haven't made much progress yet.

I was thinking about this:
"Currently overwrites the memory block header next pointer, but freezes due to being pointed at an invalid location."

What is causing the location to be invalid? Does it not exist?

It's obviously fake.

They said "kernal plus downgrading", doesn't specify the arm or anything and they spelled kernel wrong. Fake af

You're confusing this link with Steveice's repo. Steveice's is real.

Well, specifying the ARM would be odd. But the guy is a fucking meme. A walking meme who makes twitch spambots.

No, no, my second statement was unrelated to my reply to your quote.

Then yes!
Debug/Test units are significantly different though, the BootROM is completely different and it uses different keys etc etc, I already have ARM9 access on 6.x firmwares for my debug units but i'm just asking because it would be nice to just stay on version 11.4.0 (LATEST) and have ARM9

SNShax is a userland exploit tho.

I don't really get why people want SNSHax so badly. It's pretty much worthless compared to Memchunkhax.

Not saying any of you, just..I've seen a few people saying "Oh, SNSHax is going to come out first," blah blah.

No, not necessarily.
SNShax is privilege userland, regardless of bootrom changes there is a 99% chance you can still use it.

right, and I don't have ninjhax or any of the ARM11 userland exploits working on my test units either because of ARM11 payloads, so not all userland can work.
Huh...
Strange...
If I'm right the payload is merely moving SNS to userland, and modifying at will.

I don't really get why people want SHSHax so badly. It's pretty much worthless compared to Memchunkhax.

same. if there is actually a reason i would understand but memchunkhax makes it so obsolete. It even says so in the OP.

EDIT: dankzegriefer gave an explanation, and clicked the send button before me
