Since Archive.org was hacked and you can't access the site anymore, I thought it would be cool to take the claim tool from that site, which was created as a PowerShell script, and improve it a little by rewriting it in C++. I've been dabbling in learning the language for a few years now, and I thought this would be a useful little project.

The original PowerShell script simply dumped the PS1 and PS2 BIOS files into the root directory of RPCS3. In my version, I created a folder for the BIOS files. Once the process is finished, it creates the correct directories for the BIOS files for DuckStation and PCSX2. I included the source code in case anyone is unsure about it.

I also created an icon, which is included in the 7zip file, and I made a manifest so that it runs as an administrator, eliminating the need to right-click and run it each time. I included a README file that explains how to get the firmware and RPCS3 emulator, as well as instructions on how to use this tool.

It's basic and easy to use. You just need to place the executable and the accompanying library in the RPCS3 folder after installing the firmware and closing RPCS3. After that, simply run the ClaimToolV2, and within a few seconds, you'll have ripped the PS1 and PS2 BIOS files from the PS3 firmware.
