ROM Hack Citra doesn't show up exeFS changes

Hello, it's my first post and I really need help,
When I modify my exeFS on Pk3DS and recompile it in a .3ds file with HackingToolkit3DS, either I leave the first period in the ".code.bin " file and Citra won't open it, either I delete the period, transforming it to "code.bin" and the changes don't apply when launching.
Please I need help, desesperatly
