Hacking Ciso to iso

hi everyone i understand in the past there is similar or same topic , but i notice all the topic did not have a conclusion. so i hope that this time i would get an ans cos i have been searching the web for hours and could not find a solution. my que is how do i convert ciso to iso?? cos i m using usb loader . wbfs inteligent gui don seem to be able to help.

PS this is Ciso not cios or csio or wat combination u can find Ciso define Compressed iso. thanks
