Homebrew Circle pad pro input redirection without ccp

Well i researched for days now and found nothing on this specific problem, and is that i have a o3ds with cutom software and i cant find a way to use the latest imput redirection, that suports circle pad pro, without circle pad pro.

Is there a way to make the o3ds recognise that a circle pad pro is conected to the sistem?

And sorry for bad english
