One question: We are studying the problems with differents versions of waninkoko'cios but Hermes'cios work fine,doesnt it?
I think that the only difference would be SDHC support for Hermes'cios ,but at least IOS57 supports SDHC cards so I dont understand why do u want use waninkoko'cios with its bugs.Is there something that I dont understand or are you waninkoko'grouppies? :-)

I understand that we study the waninkoko'bugs for improving its cIOS but I think that the first post would explain clearly the waninkoko-Hermes situation.

Can you explain me why do u prefer waninko'cios?

Greetings.

Band Hero and others requires ios 37 or 56 to work. And if i want to use dlc on sdhc i "must" use wanin cioses.
I love hermes cioses, my loader start on 224

Just played Rock Band 3 for an hour and a half using cIOS249[56]-v21[EHCI-v19] and after a good 45 minutes it was fine, the rest of it started to lag.

It would speed up and then slow down. I kept on missing notes in the songs.

Looks like it's back. Will have to try cIOS249[56]-v21[EHCI-v21-LagFix] and see.

It played perfectly before, but not this time.

What does 'dlc' mean?Sings stored in SD card?

Thx.

Xflak, i encountered a problem with modmii, latest version (also tested the modmii beta) gave me an error when i choose advanced custom downloads after i changed the ios slot:

Creating a copy of cIOS249[56]-v21.wad and turning it into

* cIOS249[56]-v21slot251v65535

cIOS249[56]-v21.wad.wad is missing, check your internet connection.

Press any key to return to the Main Menu.

DLC means Down Loadable Content. This describes all extra content you can download for a game including songs...

XFlak, I've not tested the "Advanced Custom Download" feature in ModMii 4.4.6B-BETA so I can't confirm Etheboss report but I've noticed the following mismatch
BETA37 = cIOS249[56]-v21[LagFix]
BETA38 = cIOS249[57]-v21[LagFix]

Where? on downloadpage 4?
I see:

BETA37 = cIOS249[37]-v21[LagFix]
BETA38 = cIOS249[38]-v21[LagFix]
BETA56 = cIOS249[56]-v21[LagFix]
BETA57 = cIOS249[57]-v21[LagFix]

Looks ok to me.

I can confirm this.

Then XFlak has already fixed that and replaced the link, I guess.
Here is how I see it

Now I try to download it again and report here.

EDIT:
Redownloaded from here and the mismatch is always present

It looks like wiiflow coverflow is also more fluid now, can somebody confirm?

Note: i run wiiflow fully from a NTFS HDD, no SD card. Normally i notice that Wiiflow needs to load from HDD all the time, now the loading seems much less and coverflow looks much more fluid.

Try Downloads Page 4

Download ModMii 4.4.6C-BETA HERE

This is a special test version of ModMii for people experiencing controller lags with rev21 cIOSs

This BETA version of ModMii can build the following cIOSs (using davebaol's mod of waninkoko's rev21 EHCI module) for testing from Download page 4:
  • cIOS249[37]-v21[LagFix].wad
  • cIOS249[38]-v21[LagFix].wad
  • cIOS249[56]-v21[LagFix].wad
  • cIOS249[57]-v21[LagFix].wad
The only difference between this and 4.4.6B-Beta is that advanced custom downloads work again (and a couple files in the advanced list have been properly renamed).

Enjoy!

I can confirm both errors. Seems to be a typo on the first one, since on the next page it is shown correct.

Edit:

Both fixed on 4.4.6c!

Here the sources changed to solve the issue (Is an issue?). I've not tried this because i'm at work now. And i'm not sure this is a problem, because mload don't use watchdog calls and calls only timer_init function. So...

EDIT: i've reposted the sources for an error to previous post.
is anyone able to compile and test this? Should ModMii use this modified mload module be used when building the rev21 lagfix cIOSs?

what is the diffarence between this version of mod mii. an the other one.. when i run the 4.4.5 it says" up to date" an i down loaded this to fix the lag problem.. looks the same but has the redone iso. for the lag.. plus i can't remeber what version i downloaded to get my wiiflow working.. (38,37) or the other.. so if i download the fixed one an put it in a differnt spot. is this going to screw up wiiflow.. or will it stubb the one i have.. i do have the older wd 250 with the green light. but i'm getting a newer hdd for back ups an i'm going to format it to wbfs.. an leave the older one alone.. cause i have my movies on it.. an use wiimc.. with it.
