what do I do with that single file?

How do I start it? I put it in the apps folder but it doesn't show up in HBC?

First put the dol in an subfolder in apps and rename it to boot.dol.
Than restart the hbc and you should see it in hbc.

If not download the dol again, possible it's broken.

Make a folder in your apps directory, and place the .DOL file in there and rename it to BOOT.DOL. You'll then be able to find it in the Homebrew Channel.

OMG how many times do you have to say the same thing....................

The .dol file is only a program to run on your Wii that will tell you the download link for the Cioscorp v3.1. This is because the moderators wont allow a direct link.

So you take the dol file and rename it BOOT.DOL then place it in a folder in your apps directory on your SD card then use HBC to run it and run it on your wii and you will get the link.

then get the file unzip it and use the README for installation..

everybody feel free to copy and paste this after every stupid question. It will save you time..

I installed this the way I'd been told and now I get system files corrupted message.
I'm not a noob so I have no idea what the problem is :S
Is this common?
I'm restoring my NAND now.
