Hacking "cioscorp fixer for v4" on newsgroups

I found a zipped folder called "cioscorp fixer for v4" on a wii newsgroup, but it comes with no readme, just a folder called "cioscorp" containing 38.3meg of wads.

I haven't read anything about a new version of cioscorp, so I was wondering if this is softcorp or something similar, and if it's deemed as safe, i'll try backing up my nand with bootmii then installing it.

I think it is the normal CIOS CORP + IOS60BF.

Instead of cioscorp, go with softmii, those guys always seem ready to lend a hand if something goes wrong, which is a lot more than some newsgroup post with wads and no readme.
