Hacking CIOSCORP and patched games

I have a few of my games patched and I was wondering if there is anyway to play them with cioscorp installed or if there is anyway to remove the patch for the game.

Either use the loader, or reburn them.

No he said patched, and the only 2 patches somebody should apply are IOS Version patches and region(video mode) patches. So @og style: Patched games work fine with cioscorp.

When waninkos loader and wiigator 0.1 came out, every one called it patching and most people still se that name.
