Hacking cIOS36 won't load

Basicly I only installed HBC, then by following this guy tutorial

Everything is on my USB key, as I try to load cIOS36 in the HBC, the screen goes black and nothing happen.

Also my wii mote goes off and can't be used, only thing I can do is retart the wii.

Hope anyone can help as this guy doesn't seems to reply to people message

Mistake 1. Don't follow youtube tutorials. Start fresh using the simplistic mod in the stickies.

Im kinda lost, isn't his topic about downgrading and upgrading wii version?

What im looking for is pretty much play multiple game from my usb key
