You need Wad Manager 1.4 and use IOS 249 as installation..

If it ain't work you either need to downgrade your IOS to install.

Use TruchaBugRestorer

Have tried it with wad manager 1.4 too but getting ERROR :(ret = 4100 )

You might want to wait. Rev 14 is supposed to come out rather soon (possibly this weekend). No sense in doing the same job twice.

Wait why was wad manager 1.4 suggested at all for this? You're not supposed to ACTUALLY install the IOS38 that rev13 needs on your system you put the wad in the root of your sd card and then do the wad installation in the installer (if you can't do a network installation)

Also you should be telling it to use IOS249 since you already have cIOS rev10 which already has the Trucha Bug.

Are you sure you got the right wad? Is it that same IOS38-64-v3610.wad it's looking for?

ret = -1 is usually something along the lines of file not found.

the wad (IOS38-64-v3610.wad) needs to be in the root of your sd card, or do a network install.

You can't ask or provide links to IOS wad's here. Are you sure the wad's you tried are labeled exactly like that as well? Take a picture of your file structure on your SD card at the root if you can.
