I wouldn't touch this DOL just yet, until we get more confirmations. Running 'strings' (it's a *nix command) on the DOL doesn't show anything but random characters. (Normally, a DOL would return something legible, like a file path.)

he did but in the same goodbye wii post, he stated he would still release cios updates, just slower.

Well is seems legit, loads and installs as cIOS rev 16..states rev 16 in Configurable USB Loader.

But either way MERRY CHRISTMAS waninkoko

EDIT: After clean install of 4.1E, cIOS Rev 16 and PreLoader disc channel loading is working fine
