Homebrew CIAngel-Shutting down 3ds durring download?

I am currently downlloading a cia using CIAngel, I do not think i will be able to download it in the timeframe I have but I can't find a way of canceling the download other than shutting off my 3ds, what would happen if I did this (would it hurt my 3ds?). Thanks!

You can cancel a download by pressing B while downloading, fyi
