Is there a way to rip CIAs for use on other systems?

    Thanks!

You could use Gateway Loader to run gateway, make a dump of your 3DS card there and install it on other systems.
If you want to dump an already installed game (like eShop ones) I don't know tho.

If you want to rip eShop content, you need FunkyCIA.

I thought it only makes it downloadable to your own system?

Well whether you can install it or not is a problem later. You need FunkyCIA to create the cia file to start with.

Use custom firmware. It's the only way to use "illegitimate" CIAs. ReiNand for 10.3 just came out, so the N3DS is now up to speed with the O3DS.

I have RxTools. How would I do it with that?
