Homebrew cia installed games keep crashing

i have luma 3ds and some legit cia backups installed. Some of my games keep having errors. One, Mario and Sonic at Rio 2016, crashes when i start a new road to rio game. On metal gear solid, errors and crashes keep coming!

What version of FBI do you have installed? Do you have enough storage left on your SD to write data to? If you can start a new game but it can't save any data, you may need to free some space.

i have the latest version of fbi, and trust me i have tons of space. its not about saving. its just about some of my apps and games crashing all the time and getting errors
