Hacking Cia game

I play MH4U cia by 3ds xl fw 4.5 emunand 9.5.But when i quit the game i return original fw 4.5
How can i fix it ?

MH4 and Smash Bros do this -- but a way to prevent them from doing this is to boot ANY OTHER APPLICATION -- don't quit the game, boot another application and exit that application. No restart!
