Chrono Trigger Xenophobia?

Hello, I have been looking at Chrono Trigger nds roms, but all the .zips I have found are called ‘Chrono Trigger Xenophobia’, is this the same as original, or is it a romhack?

Same as the original. It's just the scene group that dumped the ROM.
