Calm down. While his post was unclear as to what it was talking about, it was obviously meant to be lighthearted. While there are people that believe they are owed stuff like that, I doubt this dude is one of them.
His last reply does make it sound like that.
i am giving away a og3ds with a 32gig sd in it, will fill it with games and give it to a good friend of mine (as i use my n3dsxl mostly).
as for ps4 hacking, well it would be nice to have some sort of hacks.
and well also being able to play online would be a must for me.
lastly, i think the ps4 games are pretty much affordable , i very often just wait out for some sales and i buy 2 great games for 60$ or less on psn.

the first part is him being hopeful that they might release it as some sort of Christmas surprise, which would actually be pretty cool. the second part was him acknowledging that it most likely wont happen.

Specterdev has a working implememtation of a kernel exploit for higher firmware. He plans a release once the kinks are ironed out. Last i heard his implementation causes crashes when launching games/applications, so he obviously has nothing stable for the end user at this time. Don't take my word for it, have a chat with him yourself for insight on his progress and planned release.
"possible" mark those words...Possible exploit release this week.....
i have given up my hope for the ps4 hacking scene... tbh

One thing that just occurred to me.... The sound on the 2600 sucked less back then the harsh sound we hear now is from infinitely better speakers we have now, back when the 2600 was new speakers produced a almost muffled sound, like CRTs made old graphics look slightly better. -

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way
