using homebrew launcher on emunand, you can launch homebrew launcher on emunand the with the homebrew launcher loader.cia by yellows8 and use the chmm there

No because you have that installed on sysnand. You'll have no problems as long as your nands are unlinked.

Chmm and many other homebrew cias come bundled with the normal .3dsx homebrew launcher version.

Sooo,
- supose i install Hombrew Launcher CIA on emunand
- Then i open it and open CHMM
- I apply a custon theme using chmm

It will only affect emunand? I wont lose menuhax on sysnand?

Doesn't work for me. I used chmm2.3dsx (thanks to HBL.cia) and the chmm2.cia, but when I come back to my emuNAND's homemenu I still have the default theme. :/
