Hacking cheats

plz guys i need help, i have a original R4ds but i can't get a good cheat editor because everytime i play there aren't any cheats available there isn't a option to press y for cheats. plz someone give me a good cheat editor or cheats for pokemon white and diamond Or a tutorial where there are link to download the cheat editor and cheats plzzz

R4DS's use Cheat.db OR UsrCheat.dat as their cheat databases

acctually i tried using this file but everytime i want to load it i cant get those cheats in my screen :| plzz help i have the original r4 but maybe i need another kernel of firmware orsome :S
