Cheats not working on twilight menu?

I've been trying to get cheats working on twilight menu to no avail. I tried release and nightly builds of NDS bootstrap, I have the database in the right directory, it saves the specific cheats I have selected in the list but the cheats do not happen in the games. I don't know what the issue is.

You need to update both TWiLight Menu++ and the flashcard autoboot files then.

I did update twilight menu, but I don't understand why I would need to update the autoboot because it boots into twilight menu just fine.

The autoboot contains a bugfixed DLDI driver for your flashcard, in order to load some things correctly, like the cheat engine.

I updated the autoboot files, but it still does not work. I don't know what changed, because cheats used to work for me.

Try re-installing TWiLight Menu++ then.

After trying a few times and replacing EVERYTHING on my flashcart, I got it working. Thanks
