Because hes not updating it. As for the ones in the thread here, you have to manually create the folders and text files to use them.

How exactly can you tell if a pokemon is shiny? Like do you have to start the encounter "catch screen" to see if it's shiny? Or does the pokemon appear
shiny out in the world as they wander around in the environment?

Yes Shiny Appear in the Overworld whit Shiny Sprite in the Overworld. Legendary dont

Wow, so I'm just realizing now that SXOS has a built in FTP. So much wasted time backing up my save with Checkpoint, ejecting my SD, putting it in my PC, Editing my saves/cheats, putting it back in my Switch, going into RCM, loading my save with Checkpoint, then booting the game.

I really should look at the patch notes for these things haha. At least cheating will be easier from now on.
