Why not learn to update the cheats yourself?
Maybe everyone is working against you, specifically you, until you rise to claim your destiny as: updates-DBZ-game-cheatcodes-guy.
Not trying to be a dick, but if you use that fiery energy to learn how to update the cheats, you'd have them by now. Also, while you're out there changing shit, change the English language--I spent thirty seconds of my life finding out why I can't use, "firey", but "chocolatey, can €xi$t". Le ugh.

Well. That there kinda says the answer to your own question. There may not be a interest in the game. or the codes might be programmed some weird way. Not everyone is going to be tech savy to make codes people whine for.

Also, how would I convert something like this?
Example 1 (easy): NOP = D503201F
Example 2 (confused): STR W2, [X2] = B9000042
Now what If I want to go backwards and see what B9000042 is and read it, let's just assume I didn't know that it meant STR W2, [X2].

Someone by the name of CJB is credited, but I cannot find the cheat anywhere.
Or at least, can someone make a cheat for it? I'm not sure how this will help, but the first file for download has a cheat table containing it. But I'm assuming it doesn't stay permanently unlocked and will be unable to be equipped without using the cheat table again. You do need an emulator, and it's just more convenient to have it as a cheat code to toggle within the game.

@arismendy64 ,i tried all the browsers on my smartphone and even changing the DNS i can't see anything,however i think i wouldn't do anything with the codes because i have the EUR version of the game and this will be the JPN or ASIA version.
