Edit: I found and updated the inf oxygen. However I can confirm none of these cheats work in latest build even after being updated. If anyone gets working cheats for latest Subnautica 'TID: 0100429011144800' 'BID: B3DB5A1EDAF8454F' Let me know. they removed dev menu with the update

@Sunnyboy on the usual download sites,this is the US version which uses the same cheats as the Japan 1.0.2 version,the only differences are the music and TID&BID.
