I was watching a video of someone hacking the pc version and it seems there is a god_mode address. May try to search for that after trying things like health

finally able to find Gems address, but it is weird
after collected a certain amount 1 address, then new collected Gems jumps to another address, so multiple address values added together equals the total amount
and I am talking about same color Gems collected in the same stage

for example 27.jpg
1 address is 0x18 (24) and 1 address is 0x03 , total equal 27 Gems

I left the original authors code out for Max HP and just modified Current HP because @Lionheartwolf suspected it could cause enemy HP to be buffed as well.

i just want the Money cheat if possible. i.e. i tried to copy over the JPN version and it doesn't work. then i tried to search myself in the SXos cheat trainer but everytime i try to look for the value a second time, i.e. i did a search for an initial value of 15,400 under 32 bit value, then i get 2 candidates,

HEAP +0xab4495a8 0x15400
HEAP +0xb834e268 0x15400

i buy something for 3,000 and then search for the value of 12,400 and it finds no candidates.

if you typed everything correctly in your post then
0x15400 is hex value -3,000 (0xbb8) is equal 0x14848

I already looked at the game in IDA. The function names are stripped so searching functions is a waste of time. Because of that it makes finding things in just IDA much more difficult. If we had a proper debugger, that would be great. (GDB/LLDB). What you can do is wait for the binary to load in its entirety and search through strings though for somewhat of an idea. I like to use the (Shift+F4 and Shift+F12) shortcuts to open up strings and names tabs.

yes, Exact value search only supports hex values

when i have these codes in my file the game will hang and freeze. once i removed your file the game loaded just fine. not sure which code is bad but definitely something is wrong

*after trying each code seperately i found it was Infinite HP that was the culprit. without it the game boots just fine.

Your biggest dmp file should be the one you want to use. So in the pointer section most offsets should be below 0000F000. In the first tab of noexs. Make sure that you right click on the first address main and select main pointer. Then under main for code mutable section right click on the first and choose filter min pointer and right click on the last main mutable section and choose filter max pointer. If theres only one main mutable section. Right click on it and choose filter min and min. In the tutorial section I have a tutorial about noexs with videos now. Check it out if my answer here wasnt good. The video shows what to do very easily.

Also when the search is done at the bottom is a box you can click to filter the results so that only the ones that came up in the filtered areas of main will show. Those are the ones you want.

Yep. Just make sure that you right clicked on the main sections on the first tab. Depth 1 is just a pointer, if you change it to 2 it becomes a pointer to pointer search, depth 3 is pointer to pointer to pointer and etc as you go higher. For most a depth of 1 should suffice.
