First of all, thank you for attempting this, much appreciated. On to my findings.
Tested it.
- Inf. HP is wonky. Sometimes an enemy has Inf HP and not me.
- Special works, score works, both perfectly.

ok, Sigma no change, Sigma 2 take the old address and -0x1000Ninja gaiden 3 works but Ninja gaiden 2 freezes and dont work the cheats
Okay, that is even crazier... but that helps me by letting me know where that pointer goes.

paste the cheats and set -00001000 in the middle
I Open the .exe File and then go to CodePorter??? And then -00001000 by Adress old or what?
put old cheats in the left side, put -00001000 in the middle box

I went today and looked at a motorcycle someone was selling. I get there and the battery on it was dead, so the guy grabbed a battery charger and hooked it up. He plugged it into the wall, and the motorcycle sparked and started smoking. Come to find out the bike uses a 6 volt battery and the guy had the charger set to 12v. I said sorry to the dude and walked away. I felt bad for him tho.

You need the $900 copper coated ones, they are good for at least 10 times cooking before they are in cleanable
