Well glad to read i'm not the only one having this problem. @burhansalih was kind enough to help me and check for possible solutions. In the end it must be setup related or something else conflicting with this exact cheat. I mean every other cheat works and does not crash the system. I even tried it on another clean Switch lite with a clean copy and it still crashes.

are you using edizon overlay or album edizon?

if the bookmark pointer works, you can use ZL+A to "add to cheat file", it does the conversion for you, just be careful of subtraction pointers (because in my experience, they do have a chance to fail...)

sidenote: im working on creating an OP MC/DEMON ALLY (personally, i think i will edit the MC skills..... hehhehhehhehhehheh)

I did write a sliding item code, I don't know what that item does, but I check what items it gave and see if its there....

Sliding in this case means going to the next byte, what you want to do is more like the pokemon snap travel code, or at least it closer to what you want to do...

Yes, but in your case you would need two key combos, one to increase and one to decrease. But yes youre on the right track.

You should know then that the level number is next to it and you can set it up to 255, it will only show 99 as the max....

Thats good I only knew about the leveling up beyond 99 when I was editing with the save

using gamerjins items codes and knowing item order these might be what you want. grimoires won't work if you don't have the dlc that as them in.
