What I suggest is backup your files than format your sd card fat32 if you don't have latest the AMS 0.14.4 install it and update Edizon and tesla than try again.

I created emummc yesterday on a 64GB Samsung Evo with verified 100MB/s read, 90MB/s write. All software is the latest.
The card is also FAT32.
I have an sxos emunand on 128GB Evo and that does exactly the same when going in and out of the album.
The stuttering is easy to replicate and it happens on friends switch's in the same way. It isn't localised to my system.
I'm surprised it isn't mentioned more really.

If there's no way to avoid it that's alright. I just thought there might have been a setting to make the cheat engine use less resources or similar.

Can't for the life of me get cheats working in Edizon. No problems at all in sxos. I've tried the ones on the front page here and from the Edizon repo.

Wheh I go into Edizon with a game running, it doesn't show any cheats for the game. Any ideas?

My path looks like this: Atmosphere\titles\0100000000010000\cheats\b424be150a8e7d78.txt

Thanks.
Try

Need for Speed Hot Persuit Remastered looks like it could of leaked somewhere out on the interweb.

I heard that they accidentally released on eshop, and some people were able to play it.

It happens even without cheats enabled. Happens on sxos and it's the same on Atmosphere so far. Not noticable with all games but Mario Odyssey is an easy one. Boot Odyssey holding L (so cheats are disabled) and go to the world select screen. Scroll left and right and notice how smooth it is. Go in and out of Edizon (turning off cheats), or bring up Tesla, select Edizon and then close it. Go back and scroll through the world select screen. The audio now stutters, as does the frame rate.
EdiZon by default will attach the cheat VM. If this game has problem with cheat VM attached you have to unload it after cheating. You can do this with the forked version of dmnt I made which expose a function to detach it while the game is still running. If you use EdiZon SE you can choose to not autoattach dmnt. Newer version will work for memory hacking without dmnt but of course no cheat code.

Thanks man. I had a look and it seems to be suported up to v0.14.1.1. I'm currently running v0.14.4. I tried it anyway but couldn't detach it with the button combination.
From what I'm seing then, it's either cheat with stutters or don't cheat and have the game run perfectly. It's a shame there are no PPF patches to inject directly into the image like the gamecube had. Yes, I'm showing my age there...

I don't have the knowledge of sxos. Maybe someone else on this page can help you further. Normally when I have similar problems I backup mine files that I need and format mine sd install AMS again then everything is back to normal.

I done everything from a freshly formatted card yesterday and the problem was there from the start. I knew what I was looking for with odyssey.
From TomSwitch's replay above, it seems like the cheat VM has problems with certain games. It's nothing to do with my card, formatting, or Atmosphere files. Some games work perectly with cheats, some stutter with the cheat VM enabled.

Thank you for trying to help.

Edit: Here's a video showing exactly what I mean.
