Hacking cheat code editor help

ok my next question:
i use Cheat-code-editor-en-v1.01 and i maked codes for pokemon platinum...
but now if i do it on me r4ds sdhc and activate codes (that works) and wanna play than he say: save/bookmark files damaged please re-create the archive...
how do i let my cheat work??
