Hacking cheapest EUR game with 4.2-4.5

hi, anyone know of a cheap retail game that has a 4.2-4.5 update? (European).

Its for my 2nd 3ds, its on 1.00.0E , but i cant get my hand on any european games around here so im gonna have to buy it on amazon/ebay. Anyone can point me out in a not very good game that has this update? or even may have a link to it on ebay/amazon?

I say "not very good game" cuz i understand that i can make do with for example MK7 or new mario bros 2 but those ones are going for like 30$+ and i live down in nicaragua, and importing stuff is a bit complicated and expensive too.
