Hacking Channel File Manager

I am using Channel File Manager (v2b3) which is a Wii Channel Menu organizer that is a hybrid of waninkoko's WAD Manager, and tona's AnyTitle Deleter.

once loaded you select NAND as the source and it lists all your channels installed in the Wii allowing you to uninstall them, but how do you figure out which they are by the oddball internal names?
