Hacking Changing SD on my 3DS?

Hi everyone. I'm attempting to change my SD card in my 3DS to a larger capacity 64gb SDXC card. I formatted the new card to fat32 and the 3ds won't recognize it. Anyone know what im doing wrong?

You have to format it as the primary partition. Try using SD Formatter or MiniTool Partition Wizard to create the primary partition.

Is there anything else I need to do?
It reads it now, should I just copy over my NAND and everything over and it'll work?

Yep. Just format EmuNAND in the Gateway menu, inject your old EmuNAND from the old SD card, and transfer the contents of the old card on to the new card.
