Hi Everyone, i've a moddedSwitch with CFW atmosphere 13.0.2, i updated my sdcard from a 128 to a 512gb card using NXnandManager and the guide for copying the hidden partition, and then the content from the original card, but when i boot in the switch i can see the Tile of the old games, but "data is missing, need to redownload"

..Anything i can check?
Of course if i use the old card, the games are still there.

troubleshooting
- I checked for the ER00 folder and the corresponding path in the ini file,
- i tried to change the name and the path to RAW1 in the ini file but no luck
- i checked the card in Hekate, no issues found
- i used Fix Archive Bit

Emutool might help. Of you are using a raw/hidden partition, the location is critical. Emutool will fix that during the transition.

e: if you look at your emummc.txt you will see this:

sector = 0x2

0x2 is right after the MBR headers and is typical of an SXOS partition. Atmosphere is often towards the end of the drive. You have moved where the end of the drive is so it’s likely the sector is now wrong.

i used NXnandManager that should do the same, but not used emutool because in the destination didn't let me choose Atmosphere hidden Partition, but only "atmosphere file" and didn't know if that was ok.

correct. You don’t want to stay as files based. You can temporarily do file though and then switch SD cards and copy it from file to partition again.

If you look at the partition properties you can confirm the starting sector and confirm it[s correct in emummc.ini.

e: which guide did you follow for NXNandMamager? <—-Is a good tool and should get the job done Just fine.

e2: did you copy your Nintendo folder from the olde emunand?

First let me thank you for the help

i used this guide https://rentry.org/EmuNANDNewSDcard
i copied the nintendo folder from the old card to the new one (emuMMC/ER00)
the old card had a folder called EmuMMC/RAW1 and the guide tells to copy the content of the RAW1 folder in the ER00 folder and remove the RAW1 folder

Great guide. Should have worked. What does your emmummc.txt file look like?

e: I use the same guide. I have two sd card adaptors plugged into USB ports so the Emutool version at the bottom is a one click operation.

It worked! but now the games that were installed before the change are ok, the new that i installed directly in the new sd card are not available

So i suppose that the old ones are in the EMUTENDO folder...

nice! Glad you got it sorted!

Yes, you probably just want to reinstall those new ones.

sector=0x2
path=emuMMC/ER00
id=0x0000
nintendo_path=emuMMC/ER00/Nintendo

Bless you. I was struggling so much with this today, and was trying to replace individual lines to make it match up properly to what I thought mine would be. Eventually just replaced it completely with what you pasted, and everything works perfectly!
