If I want to change SD card..do I just copy everything to new SD card and everything will work?or do I need to do something else?will the nintendo 3ds folder work?

Everything will work if you copy it over as you said. If you have an emuNAND still then you need to follow this.
I don't have emunand only sysnand right now. So....JUST copy right?because I did lost my nintendo 3ds folder back then when I use only GW(was using emunand though). Thanks!
Simple copy process should be all you need to do.
Even nintendo help say the same thing. I checked the website.
