When I´m right, I saw some months ago a tool from Waninkoko, [to access the SystemMenu Settings] / change Settings there!?
I would prevent me from "little-brother-updating" and disabled the internet connection. So when I´m bricked, I need to run the AnyRegionChanger/cIOSDowngrader (I have Preloader) and downgrade to another firmware, but thats need a internet connection. So is there any App that does that?

/edit Found it: The name is "Wii Config". It´s from Waninkoko. I tested it, you can set a lot of thing, but not the internet connection. So, is there any way to downgrade without internet conection?
